The beds at Acola were incredibly comfortable and cozy. We loved the privacy curtains that allowed us to have our own personal space. The hostel itself was modern and spotlessly clean, with brand new facilities. Their inclusive breakfast was a delightful start to the day, and having a doggy bag for lunch was a thoughtful touch.
Although there were only two bathrooms for the sixteen beds, we went during the off-season and didn't encounter any issues. However, I can imagine it might be more challenging when the hostel is full.

The complicated laundry system, which I had trouble figuring out on my own and needed assistance from the hostel staff.

The hostel was in a great location, right next to a beautiful church and close to the city center. It made it convenient for exploring the city and discovering the local attractions. the hostel provided clean and spacious bathrooms with great showers. It was a relief to have comfortable facilities after a long day of sightseeing.
The lack of privacy in the dorm room. It definitely affected my overall experience as it was not the comfortable and private accommodation I had envisioned.

I stayed at Acola for my Camino and it was the most comfortable hostel room I had during my trip. The air conditioning in every aisle was a big plus, as were the modern bunk beds that allowed me to sit up without hitting my head. The comfortable pillows made for a great night's sleep. I also appreciated the lockable drawer, USB ports, sockets, and night light in each bunk. The curtains and the wall pocket for storage were thoughtful touches. The location was perfect and the hostel was clean. The man at reception was incredibly nice and helpful, going above and beyond to assist me after I injured my leg. The basic breakfast and packed lunch for pilgrims were a nice touch. I highly recommend this hostel.
Totally recommend this hostel.

The staff at the hostel were extremely friendly and welcoming. They made me feel at home from the moment I arrived. the facilities of the hostel were modern and well-maintained. the rooms were clean and the beds were comfortable with curtains for added privacy. - the location of the hostel was excellent. It was conveniently situated near the town center and close to key attractions, making it easy to explore the area.
The communal space at the hostel was quite small, which made it a bit cramped and crowded at times. There were some issues with hygiene that were not satisfactory.
